After working as a professional dancer in Los Angeles, California I

transitioned to a career in fashion. I began creating costumes for friends and fellow dancers, finding a niche in costume design within the dance world. My background in dance and passion for the arts has allowed me to build a successful business designing and creating unique costumes.

I worked for dancewear company “Marcea” as a designer and sample maker while still pursuing a dance career, learning the business and realizing that this was what I really wanted to do.

 

Over the years that followed, as more friends began teaching dance and needing costumes, I started my own business making custom dance costumes.  Klothes by Kraig developed into a full time operation.  I've designed for top entertainment event companies and dance studios, making one of kind custom costumes for shows in Las Vegas and Los Angeles.  My work has been seen on the hit television show “Dance Mom’s”, red carpet premieres for Disney’s “Tron: Legacy”, “Tomorrowland” and “Monsters University”, and many Live Theatrical Events

and Industrials including Nike, Honda, L’Oreal, Cisco and Universal Studios Hollywood.
